Q: When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped.

Q: What type of payments do you accept?

We use Authorize.net to safely process our transactions online. Please rest assured that your information will be safeguarded. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Bank Debit Cards.

Q: What is the warranty on your parts?

All parts are warranted only to the extent of the original manufacturer’s express warranty. The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral or implied, including any warranty of performance, merchantability, or fitness for purpose, and supersedes and excludes any oral or written warranties or representations made or implied in any manual, literature, advertising brochure or other materials. Alliance Bus Group’s liability on any claim of any kind, including negligence, with respect to the goods or services purchased shall in no case exceed the price of the goods or services which gives rise to the claim. In no event shall Alliance Bus Group be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages or for damages in the nature of penalties.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to the USA and Canada.

Q: Do you charge Sales Tax?

Alliance Bus Group will charge sales tax on purchasers shipped to the states list below unless you have established an account and we have either a Tax Exempt or Resale Certificate on file: AL, CT, FL, GA, LA, MA, ME, MS, NJ, NY, TX, VT.

Q: Can I purchase parts without setting up an account?

Yes – you can order on-line as a guest.

Q: Are there any additional charges?

Prices listed do not include freight, taxes, and/or duties, and are subject to correction or change without notice. A crating charge may apply to glass and certain large parts. You will be advised of these charges prior to your order being finalized.

Q: Can public agencies purchase on account?

Yes - government, transit and many non-profit agencies can sign-up to purchase on open account.

Q: Are there any other advantages of setting up an account?

Yes – you will have the ability to check order history and maintain a wish list.

Q: Are discounts available?

All prices reflect an Internet discount. Fleets and wholesalers can arrange for greater discounts based upon fleet size and annual volume by establishing an account.
